I try to do things differently.
The practice of law is about making people happy with your service. It is about being available and responsive. It is about listening, being a real person and not a stereotype in a suit and tie.
I use technology whenever possible. I love my iPhone and my iPad. I use Facebook and Twitter. I try to be paperless. I like to text message my clients. My clients have direct access to me.
Calls are returned quickly–most within 24 hours.
I try to think like a client. What would I want? What would I want explained better?
When I fail or screw up, I want to do better.
This is my approach. I’m not always this person but I try to be. You’ll always get my best effort.
